Meet your teacher

I’m a London-based yoga teacher, mobility specialist (FRCms) and breath coach offering Vinyasa yoga classes to help you move and breathe better.

Combining over 1,000 hours of training in Vinyasa yoga, yoga philosophy, meditation and breathwork, with my knowledge as a mobility coach and personal trainer, I teach creative and intelligently-sequenced yoga flows designed to help you develop strength and balance, and explore how to use the breath.

What are my yoga classes like?

My Vinyasa classes are strong enough that you'll feel challenged and fully engaged, and slow enough to leave space for self-inquiry and mindfulness.

You'll develop strength and balance, stretch sore muscles, and explore how to use the breath.

Expect to leave relaxed, happier, having learned a bit more about yoga philosophy, and feeling more connected to your body.
